Our technical experts have been designing and integrating information technology systems for over 20 years.  We are well-versed in the traditional waterfall SDLC and Agile/SCRUM methodologies.  The approach we generally follow is a hybrid of the two; utilizing the backlog and scheduling components of Agile and the SDLC process for system features and components rather than the system as a whole.  This approach enables us to shift priorities at our project owner's direction as more is learned about the system once development begins.
